Room could be compared to a motel 8 standard.

Room was prepared for the best presentation and left questions about cleanliness. Was not bad hotel but would not pay that price for it.

This hotel is new and very comfortable. Location is very convenient with all the shops and restaurants at Mayfair. Breakfast is very good. Service and food were not very good when I had dinner.

This is a newer, clean and upscale hotel. Excellent! Like the fridge and Mic in room!
Wished it was on the beach!

Location was great for our purposes. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable.
It was a little noisy outside our room at night (ground floor).

Breakfast buffet was excellent and inexpensive. Rooms were comfortable, clean, slept like a log. Decor was tasteful throughout the premises. Lots of places to eat, shop nearby. Great beach within a few miles.

Construction on the rear of the building.

A very nice and clean hotel. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff office was directly across the hall from our room and it was quite noisy early in the morning. Other than that and not receiving our USA Today, everything was fine.
