The floor was dirty not suitabe for children.

This hotel I thought was going to be nice to stay in, but it was not indeed. My service when I walked in the door was not very satisfactory. The room was decent it had dirty floor that turned my white socks black. When my son would crawl around on the floor his knees on his pants were dirty. The chair in my room was dirty like they had just flipped the cushion. So I can say that I would never recommend this to any of my friend or family and that my stay was not very professional or satisfactory. read more

The rooms are adequate and nicely appointed and the beds are comfortable. The room had a comfortable chair for extra seating as well which was nice.
The hotel is nice.

The nicest hotel in Yakima! I have traveled there on business in the past and stayed at a few of the other hotels in town. The Hilton Garden Inn far surpasses them all in cleanliness, service, luxury and overall appeal. Great place to stay - however, it is a bit overpriced for the area.
