When I booked online, I was told that breakfast was included. When we got there, it was not.

Pool and snack bar.
Toilet ran, tub leaked, fire doors very loud, fan loud.
We were expected a hotel room, and got an efficiency instead. Would rather have paid more and got a hotel room. Should be specified. Would have preferred more room and service at a less fancy hotel for price.

Pool area was the best.
The Club was very nice and
I did not expect what
I got for my money. We had a single bed room with a Spa tub big enough for 2 side by side (nice) VERY clean. Pool area was great and has lots of things for the kiddies as well.

We loved the suite itself, the view, the quiet, the kitchen, the comfort for a family and the pools if not under construction were lovely.
The elevator was very slow and only one for a huge building plus housekeeping stops everywhere. The "children's activity" center was poor.
What could have been wonderful stay had too many fails to be recommended by us to others; everyday, our room key failed and we had to go get it replaced up to 5 times; we had no hot water at all one morning, waiting for several hours in order to get showers and go to parks was ok the next day but their response was "well, a lot of people took showers this morning." They started construction on one of the pools the second day of our stay terrible dust into other pool area making it impossible to enjoy. They blocked off so many parking spots for the job that one late night we returned to having to walk from forever on the other side of huge complex with sleeping kids in tow no other accommodations for people ridiculous. Lastly, it took hours to get regular coffee delivered to our room, the least of which could have been provided while we waited, hoping for a hot shower. The hotel could be wonderful, staff is wonderful and friendly, but our experience would definitely keep us from ever returning again. You spend way too much money for this many inconveniences. read more

Location.
Hotel did not provide morning coffee (even motel 6 does that) and checkout time was quite early.
If you're going to Sea World its a great location, within walking distance, otherwise for other theme parks in Orlando, it may not be optimal. The hotel was very clean and modern, staff very accommodating, grounds nicely landscaped, pools beautiful, adequate work out room and wide array of local restaurants nearby, overall was a good value.
