"Everything is at your fingertips" at this "extremely kid-friendly" "mega-resort" in a "wonderful location" "away from the noise and traffic" of the rest of Waikiki; it's best if you "like being in a crowd" because this "city unto itself" with "adorable penguins", myriad shopping and dining options, "awesome" renovated lagoons and pools, and the "best beachfront in Honolulu" attracts a lot of "families with kids"; although it may be "too big" for some, the great "variety" of rooms in six towers and the full-scale spa and medical wellness center allow for serenity.

Fantastic view and balcony.
Restaurant quality did not equivalent to prices.

Fantastic location and view from our room. Room size better than adequate. Amenities were good, though some dining was far overpriced - the Pau Tree lounge especially.

Comfortable beds. nice room upgrade.
Very busy, can be crowded with large groups.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village was very comfortable and a great value. We were upgraded to a room with 3 full size beds & a full sofa bed. For two adults and two teens, that was really appreciated. Although the room only had a peekaboo view of the ocean, we spent little time in it other than a great night's sleep. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here. read more

The property in itself is a little paradise. We did not need to leave to go anywhere else the beach, pool, shops, dining and bars are right there.
Everyone treated us nicely but her.

I use to be a Star wood member and stayed at the Royal, Moana, and Sheraton. This was my first stay at the Hilton and I would recommend family and friends to bid on line to stay at the Hilton. I am looking forward to another vacation at the Hilton.

The setting was wonderful.
Some of retail staff tended to be to pushy about buying items.

Would tell other people to go there.

The resort exceeded my expectations for the money. Especially liked ground floor with easy pool access.

Very, very clean, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. Hotel fits right in the natural surrounding area also harnesses the local aura.

The beach.
The room that they gave us was not a resort room.

A back of the hotel, facing another tower, paint chipping, wires sticking out of the lamp, no mini bar, low quality room that they gave us. I also wanted to use the jacuzzi, but it was overflowing with people.
