Friendly staff.
Heated pool was not heated.
Overall not a bad experience, but nothing to write home about. One reason for selecting the hotel was the heated pool -- kids looking forward to it -- but turns out heater was broken. Good food at the restaurant but only 1 waiter for a roomful of breakfast diners turned into a stressful hour with small, hungry children. Location kind of blah!

The room was nice.
For the price of the hotel, I expected a much nicer room.
A good hotel. A little pricey. The staff is outstanding and the rooms are clean. The location is slightly out of the way for convienance. The room service is great. Valet parking is offered. Liked it but think I could get a better stay at another hotel.

Poor service checking out and no hot water during stay. Not a 3 1/2 star quality service stay. Very disappointed

convenience to amusment park.
they try to charge extra for 2 double beds.
would be better next time when I make reservation, I can request for 2 double beds since I travel a lot of times with my kids.

Staff very friendly. Excellent valet service. Very Quick.
Had no negative experiences here.
Excellent hotel. Will definitely return to this one when in Houston again.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean and safe.
I was not able to switch from a king bed to two queen or double beds. Did not know they charged a $10.00/day parking fee for vehicles.
Overall, my hotel stay was a pleasant one. I wanted a room with two beds not a king size bed. However, the Hilton did not accommodate my request. They could at the price of $20.00 per day. Since I was already paying $10.00/day for parking I did not want another expense. Last year the hotel I stayed in accommodated my request for 2 double beds and it also offered free parking. It would have been nice to be informed of these things. read more

The staff was great. Bed was very comfortable.
The hot tubs were not working
This is a great hotel, with a wonderful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great location if you have to be at the Houston Medical Center.

We loved the beds - very comfortable
Ice machine on our floor was missing - had to go to another floor to get ice
Very elegant! The beds were awesome - We didn't get to stay long but it was very nice.

Spacious rooms with all the amenities one could want.
The hotel was hard to locate.
Very short but nice stay. We would stay at this hotel again in the future. The staff we encountered were very nice and courteous. We wish there were free parking spots.
