The bathroom was dirty, requested a smoking room and got non, bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Nice rooms with flat screens! Quick elevators also, great walking distance to circle center mall and restaurants.

The Hilton is awesome. Great rooms, quick elevators, pool looked great, but did not use.

Staff was friendly. Great location.
Parking costs was too much and they are unorganized about how they take the payment. Tried to double charge me.

The hotel is very nice, however my judgment is a little bit clouded do to the fact that the plans I had made over a month in advance were messed up. The tubs are very dangerous. There are warning signs on the tub warning people to be careful. I was very careful yet still almost fell. My friend did fall out of the tub and ended up in the hospital with a twisted ankle and a bruised bone in her leg. To top the weekend off, I had issues with the parking payment. I made the payment that morning with hotel staff. They gave me a stamp on my card marked paid. Despite having that card, I was asked to show more proof of payment. It was packed in the back of my car in a suitcase. So I told the lady she needed to call the front desk. She then said they told her I did not pay for my parking and asked for an additional $44.00! I actually had to get out of my car and search for the additional proof of payment. When shown the proof the woman still argued with me that it was not proof! I had to get nasty with her before she would let me leave without paying more money. Then she said, I was just asking. read more

I was so impressed with the location, just walked everywhere and the spacious room was awesome!
Our stay was for one night - I could have stayed much longer.

I can remember back when this space was just in walking area. Our friend got our room for us, not knowing it was "right" for everything, our stay, dinner and went to see the American Idols , the room was excellent, clean, and the whole place is just plain classy! Keep up the good work. It truly shows! Thanks.
