Beautiful, quiet, and restful.
Really high parking fee: $32/night.
This hotel is right in the middle of the Penn campus. It's truly lovely, beautiful & serene. For my bid, it seemed like a deal. But there is high parking fee of $32, on top of $30 fees plus taxes. Still, it was a pleasant place to stay in Philly.

Staff was extremely friendly. In the middle of U Penn's campus with lots of walkable things to do.
If you are visiting U Penn and can get a decent price for these rooms, you'll love this hotel - perfect location, staff is very friendly, and rooms are great. Not terribly intimate, but they try hard to do things not 100% cookies cutter so it has a bit of a sense of history. Food was average and neighborhood food is decidedly college student oriented so if you want a nice meal go downtown. read more
