Beautiful rooms and modern chic lobby.
Water bottles were way over priced.

I felt very welcome and comfortable at this hotel They have great rooms. Very comfortable beds and I loved the bathroom lighting. I say that because all the other hotel bathrooms we stayed at during our stay had bad lighting.

Hotel was clean. Employees were friendly helpfully.
Parking was poor for having to pay $16 pr. day.

This hotel was a great place to stay in Irvine. If you like to be in the city & pay for everything.

The breakfast food was of a cheap nature. Powdered eggs and fake bacon. ETC.

My wife and I used the hotel as a stop off for Disneyland and our stay there was great. The room had a great view of the city and was very clean. The hotel staff was more than helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone and everyone.

Hotel rooms are comfortable and quiet.
My credit card was charged for a missing ice bucket.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. I will not return due to a charge to my credit card for a missing ice bucket. The hotel staff preferred to protect their employees instead of a guest who was defrauded.

Lots of drunk people on reception area (not workers).

Nice place. Comfortable beds. Only too many people partying on reception area, lots of drunk, loud , inappropriate people, maybe guests.

This hotel is awesome. From the time you pull up the service is stellar and the rooms are clean and the bar and the lounge was fun.
