Wonderful location and staff were extremely friendly. Not really delux to me but I'd stay there again!
Stairs in hallways made it hard to haul heavy luggage.

A very good option. I would not consider it a luxury hotel, but an excellent location. You literally fall out onto lovely Hyde Park, the underground, excellent coffee and ice cream shots, etc. I was travelling with my 5 year old son and we were very comfortable. I definitely recommend to others.

Great people, hotel was quiet.
Outrages WIFI rates.

If the sign over the door didn't say Hilton I would not believe it was, Hotel was clean and staff was friendly but hotel was not to Hilton standards, When we asked for a taxi the Hotel sent us to the train station in a private unregulated taxi at twice the rate we paid for a legal taxi to get there on the identical route

Size of the bed & quality of the mattress.

This is not a 4 star hotel room, by North American standards it's barely a 3, but the price was amazing.
