The new bar area was nice and the full breakfast was great.

The servers were very efficient, in the dining room.
The hot food was not included in the buffet breakfast, without paying more.

The hotel was excellent, but there was not much selection for restaurants nearby, without a lot of walking. The man at the desk was not friendly.

Good buy, decent location near shops & restaurants.
Wireless internet was not readily accessible in rooms.

Overall good hotel quality with regards to cleanliness and assistance. Location is good for immediate area. Nearby train station does not run as frequently as other lines.

How this hotel got 4 stars is a beyond my grasp.
Flat screen TV but that dose not give them 3 stars more in my book.

Wow i have been in 4 star hotels before of which I thought didn't deserve it but this one take the cake in my book they would get 2 and no more. whom ever gave them the rating should be forced to stay there over a long period of time.

good bus location once you got on to the bus schedule.
It was not as convienent of location as I would have liked. The nearby tube station was on a line that did not run frequently.

We were happy with its price and location, and it had a coffee shop next to the lobby.
The room was very small.

Our room was clean and comfortable, but it also was old and very small. We weren't in the room much, so it served our purposes for an economical room. After I made the reservation through Priceline, I called this hotel to ask about getting an extra bed for our 13-year-old son, and it was already in the room for us when we arrived at the hotel around midnight.
