An excellent hotel for any kid of travel( Business, family, leisure ) If you are staying for a few days of sight seeing , there may be somewhere closer to London, but I'm sure there is ome excellent shuttle services available, which we didn't need.Our stay was for an overnight and connecting the next day.

The room was very nice and had a large flat screen TV, room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Hotel restaurant was outrageous for pricing, and had to pay to catch shuttle to airport.

Rooms were very nice but pricing for telephone calls and for any food were outrageous. Example 18 pounds for breakfast for 1 person.

Excellent king sized bed.

Very convenient with a bus to the airport. 3 pound charge. I called about the extra amount on the card and they explained how it happened and a credit will follow. Very pleasant staff.

Rooms for seniors placed to far away from elevators no senor no smoking on main floor.

Staff was friendly, food was good but a little expensive for what you were served they cannot compare to selection and price for in the food and service in the USA either in hotels or dining room.

Serene location in the country side and close to the airport.
No walking trail.

This is an excellent hotel, located in a quiet serene area with an excellent restaurant and excellent staff. It is also nicely located near the airport. Due to its unique country setting location it would be nice to a have a walking trail around the perimeter of the hotel.

Be sure to check on the shuttle to the airport to verify that there is space.

We just needed to stay in comfort near an inconveniently located airport. This was perfect.
The room was quite small, with two twin beds rather than bigger beds.

Clean, attractively appointed with a friendly staff. For a place we chose just to stay overnight while traveling between airports, it was surprisingly nice. We would use it again for the same reason in an instant.
