Called for service on sink that drained painfully slow & no help.

Overall good for downtown Long Beach. Based on sink experience may try Westin next visit to compare.

The pillows on the bed were so comfortable.
Not close enough to other restaurants to eat off site.

We really enjoyed the accommodations and the bed was so comfortable we want to buy pillows like the Hilton has plus the big makeup mirror in the bathroom, where can I buy one of those?

Comfy bed, and a nice bathroom/shower.
Both the restaurant and bar staff ignored us until
I had to ask for service.

It was OK but I don't think I will stay here again. It would be ideal for someone doing business in the area due to it's location. Not really romantic even though there was a wedding going on while we were there.

Very friendly staff, beds were great, and easy location.

Had a great 2 day stay. Location easy from lax . Long beach was a beautiful area and so easy to drive up the coast in both directions. The staff was very friendly !

Wireless internet connection was easy, although I would like to see hotels incorporate this into the room rate. $ 10 per day is pricey.
