Hotel lobby very beautiful, bed extremely comfortable, room clean.
There was a fire alarm & evacuation and we couldn 't hear it in our room.

Hilton is a very good hotel and I recommend it. It certainly was a great value for LAX.

Self parking was not that convenient.

Good quality, close to airport. Good exercise facilities. Self parking was not convenient, down 4-5 floors below the hotel.

Beautiful lobby.
Crowded drive thru, rooms were mediocre.

Our first room we went to with all the kids and luggage was occupied so we went back to the front desk and waited in line for a second room. The second room was fine but the fridge was sitting out in the corner- not at all nice looking. Large room but very little furniture- looked a bit odd. Ordered room service and had trouble with credit card that I left on file- they claimed I didn't leave one so I had to call front desk and get it cleared up. Toilet was plugged when we checked in and by the time we noticed it was late so we had no toilet until morning since I didn't want to wake the kids. Glad we were only there one night. read more

As always a great stay. Comfortable bed!
Supposedly there was a fire during my stay, except I never heard the alarm go off!

Great and convenient location. Fantastic beds and great room service. Clean and comfortable.
