Hotel was clean and shiney on the outside.
Room was smaller than expected and staff not as friendly.

This hotel met my needs, but the room I was assigned did not meet 3.5 star quality.

Third time staying at this hotel, the first two times the toilet has backed up, the third the sink was very slow.

The bedding and linen were heaven and the shampoo and lotions and appearance of the bathroom was fabulous!
Was extremely disappointed that they wanted an additional $30 for a late checkout and that was for only an hour.

Overall the hotel was clean, well appointed with nice rooms and bedding. The staff was professional and the common areas were beautiful. The only negative would be the parking fee $18/night a $30 charge for a late check out which I have never encountered at any other hotel, and no free breakfast.

Great, helpful, and friendly staff.
Too many added on prices.

$30 to use frig or microwave; $15 - $20/day to park; $13/day for internet; $30 to change rooms. I was surprised that we were not charged for toilet & shower privileges. There should be no charge for any of the above. Conrad & Baron would be proud.

It was a very nice hotel. What I expected from a Hilton.
I did not appreciate having to pay $18.00 just to park my vehicle. I spent less than 6 hours at the hotel.

I hotel itself was very nice. It had a great presentation. The lounge seemed like it would have been nice. Once again though, having to pay $18 for parking was a little steep. Especially since I had a late night (got in at 4 am) and checked out by 10 am.
