The room was beautiful and had a great view.
I received no compensation for discovering roaches in my room.

The room was so nice I filmed it to show my family. This was before I saw the roaches in the restroom (I also filmed that). When I contacted the front desk to speak to the manager he was busy. Four hours later he still had not called my room so I went to the front desk and told him about the roaches. He said "I'll check on that." I said "You'll check on what? I'm telling you there are roaches in my room." He then changed my room and gave me a new key. Since I was on my way to a meeting I asked him to have a bellman move my luggage to the new room. When I came back to the hotel later that evening my luggage was not in the new room. They actually knocked on the door 2 hours later to bring my luggage. My background is in the hotel/hospitality industry. There are many options to offer a guest when they have such an experience. They could have deducted one nights stay, offered a free night in the future, offered a free meal in the restaurant or at the very least sent a fruit basket to my room with an apology note. I received none of the above. read more

Located close to the freeway and has a hot tub!
Charge to use business center and to park.

I like this hotel whenever I stay in the Valley. It has a great hot tub and great service. The restaurants are also very good. I do dislike that you must pay to use the business center computers and that you must pay to park at the hotel. If I didn't get such a great deal through Priceline, I'd skip the hotel based on the parking charge.

Comfortable beds, convenient location, pool/spa/fitness center, and good service.
Wish a refrigerator, microwave, Internet service was standard/included; plastic toilet seat was flimsy.

Overall, great place to stay. Nice modern decor with Andy Warhol prints in hallway. Friendly staff.

Good location, close to high way.
The guy in the next door was drunk and really disturbing.

Nice hotel for the surprisingly low price. Close to highway 134 and I-5. Friendly stuff and clean rooms. Wi-Fi is bad.
