Had trouble setting the thermostat lower. The HVAC guy had to come up to bypass the too warm 73 degrees.

This is a clean and functional business traveler hotel which is well situated near a freeway and central to Glendale business district. Self parking was easy and convenient.

This hotel charges a for many extras not charged by other hotels like using the refrigerator, and internet.

This hotel is in a convenient downtown Glendale area with easy access to 134 freeway. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a decent size. They have ample garage parking, but it is expensive. The price is very expensive for the area. They do charge for all the extras: internet/day (13.00), refrigerator (30.00), parking/day (18.00), late check out (30.00/HR) just to name a few. There are no vending machines in this hotel. There is a small convenience store in the hotel near the elevator but has limited hours. read more

It was a clean hotel.
We drove 7 hours to get to the hotel and rest and we had my 4 year old daughter with us and they would not check us in supposedly no rooms available.

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel but once we got there soon I realized that I wished I have chosen a different hotel. We drove all night 7 hours to get to the hotel and got there around 7:30am they would not check us in early, supposedly there were no rooms available. We had our daughter who is 4 years old with us. We had to wait at the lobby for almost 3 hours until they would check us in! On top of that an employee there came and asked us not to lay on the couch. read more

My favorite thing was the King bed, it was very comfortable, and the view of the city was nice.
At check-in, the lady at the front desk was very unfriendly. She did not even tell us how to get to our room or how to park.

The concierge was helpful with directions to get to Midevil Times. The Coffee in the room was awful, and for how nice the hotel is you would expect some type of continental breakfast at least. Everything was extra...way to rack on the fees Hilton! Overall, I felt like it was too stuffy of a hotel for us.
