Comfy beds and good price but not much around area.

This was a very nice hotel overall. The rooms and common areas were very clean. Unusually nice gym. I found the beds very comfortable. The staff were fine, if a bit cold. Restaurant was extremely high-priced and I did not eat there. The Internet service was very high priced ($13 per day) but you can use WiFi for free in the lobby with your laptop.

While the hotel was met the expectations it was a $35 cab ride to the airport. While the hotel listed airport shuttle, it was not available to 8AM. Everyone knows West to East connections start early in the West, This was an added expense that was not necessary.

Long story short, we did not stay at the hotel after the rude unhelpful service of the front desk clerk, even though room was already paid for. When we checked in only single bed room was available for family of 4. Try to get an additional room and was told they were completely booked. Front desk was rude & untruthful! Called and complained to Manager, was told there was room available. So the front desk had lied to us. read more

I traveled for pleasure but this hotel is probably best for business travel. I was very impressed with its overall appearence and its staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and overall I did enjoy my stay but disappointed with all the extra charges. The first two nights they were unable to accommodate my request for a room with two beds but offered me a cot for $30 per night. Parking was $16 per day. The business center charged for internet access, and faxes, copies, scanning cost $2 per page. I have stayed at other Hilton Hotels and these services have always been available at no charge. read more

I give the hotel staff an excellent rating. Room was clean and the food was very good. Very easy to check in and out.

Clean, quiet and close to downtown, very much a buisness hotel.
