We were very pleased with our hotel stay. Everyone was so helpful and kind.
There isn't anything.

Great hotel. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We were happily surprised that we could return our rental car at the hotel and catch the shuttle to the airport. The buffet was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was super helpful and took care of all my travel needs.
Only 2 transportation runs available into downtown Madrid.

The hotel was beautifully decorated in contemporary style, and the room was absolutely comfortable with all the amenities necessary to take care of a weary traveler, quite nice it provided me with ideas of some of the upgrades I want to do to my own home.

New hotel, great design, great rooms with opening window,
close to airport.
Difficult to find for drivers, but staff gave great directions.

Great style and amenities in the rooms, awesome pool with gym, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel has shuttle service, business lounge with internet and drinks and food service in the lounge for an extra charge. Good restaurants and bars. I would return again.

Concierge could have been more helpful regarding nearby restaurant recommendations.

The room service menu was a little small.

The hotel had a nice shuttle service to and from the airport. My room was clean and comfortable.

New hotel with modern room and facilities.

Brand new, modern hotel convenient to Madrid Barajas airport. Free shuttle service that runs every 20 minutes to and from the terminals. Good location if you have to catch an early morning flight.

Great modern facilities; bed linens are 100% cotten as opposed to ugly bed covers
TOO FAR from any cafes and restaurants-in the middle of nowhere.

Great for airport connections and relaxing by the pool. Too far from the Spanish culture! Nothing closeby that one could walk to! Items on the menu/bar are very expensive

Close to airport (5 minute hotel shuttle was free).
Wanted us to pay for second room to accommodate our 2 children.

Tried to over charge for everything. Internet was 22 EU per night. Room was over 100 degrees when we checked in. AC did not work well.
