Hilton Miami Airport

The hotel was very nice but everything cost extra. Like $20 to park your car in their parking lot outside. Water was $4.00 a bottle. Internet was $13.00 for each laptop. If you had two laptops, which we did, we had to pay $13.00 for each to connect to the internet. The business center cost $14.00 for 10 minutes of computer use and $1.00 per page to print B&W and $2.00 for color. A sign say's the first 3 pages of B&W are complimentary and the 1st color page is complimentary. Not true, they charge your credit card anyway. When I spoke to the front desk about it, they said there is nothing they can do because it is an outside vendor. It sounded like they heard this concern before as they quickly told me you can I call the phone number on the receipt and see if they will give you a refund. All in all, it is a nice hotel. Just a lot of hidden costs that were not expected. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, breakfast for two in the hotel restaurant cost $54.00 and that was for the buffet! read more

Overall was very pleased with this hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was visiting for an overnight stay, but it is very appropriate for a much longer stay. There are two restaurants in the hotel. One of the restaurants features mostly salads, sandwiches etc, but the other restaurant offers a buffet or you can order from the menu.

Very disappointing, unhelpful and not very friendly staff. For the price we paid it was OK.

The Hilton Miami International was a great hotel. Their were so many wonderful amenities at this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

We wanted a hotel that had 24 hour complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. We wanted a nice place that we could get some dinner and use the pool and get a good nights sleep before flying out the next morning. This hotel was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and the pool was really nice too. And we got to play ping pong too, which was an added bonus. We really loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again. read more

The hotel is conveniently located to the Miami Airport. Pool and exterior are attractive. Interior of room was dated. I had expected it would have been more upscale.

Shuttle service very poor, waited long time while other shuttles appeared frequently. Room service nothing special for price. The bathroom was filthy. The bathroom uninviting. Tub had hairs and heavy stains, floor tile also filthy. Service was poor, had to call twice for a room service menu, finally arrived 30 minute later. Hotel front desk tried to make up for late shuttle w/free breakfast, very nice gesture. Beds were comfortable and appeared clean. Shuttle in the morn. was efficient and on time. read more
