I liked that they had Evelyn Crabtree products in the bathrooms along with shower caps.
Didn't like having to tip every time I got my car from valet parking.

Hotel situated on main strip which is Biscayne building located in downtown Miami which allowed me easy access to South Beach as well as local happenings in Miami.

Customer staff was rude and unhelpful.

I was staying here for business and was very unhappy with the hotel. I have stayed in many Hilton's since I travel every weekend for work. The staff was rude and not helping.

This hotel was close to downtown Miami.
There is not much in downtown Miami for recreation.

After pulling in the parking attendant advised me that parking was approx. $25 a night. I was a little miffed at first, forgetting about some hotels charging for that much. I think that is excessive, but maybe business travelers are willing to pay that and have their company pay it. I finally agreed but was pleasantly surprised when I checked out that and found that I wasn't charged. I assume booking with Priceline took care of that. I was pleased in the end. read more
