Easy parking and fast check out.
Needs renovating.
Served it's purpose. Both places where one can have a drink and watch the game were really smoky.

Great rooms and service.
Pool was cold and dirty with a terribly dirty hot tub, smelled horrible.
This hotel was good, however the pool left much to be desired, it was clean, however it was cold even though the weather was well over 100 degrees. I wish the hot tub had been cleaner, it was dirty, stinky and had bird poop floating in it. I really feel that the hot tub was not maintained properly. However, the room was very nice.

I
liked that they had an area to walk my dogs.
The room was very dirty.
The lobby and common area when we first walked in were very nice and the hotel staff were great. We were very please with the hotel allowing us to bring our 3 dogs and they had an area right across the street where we could walk them. The only issue we had was that it looked as though the room had never been vacuumed, the sheets on one of the beds were dirty, and the fan in the bathroom was broken. I think our experience would have been worse if we stayed longer, but for 1 night it was fine. read more

Staff
as helpful and thoughful.
Elevator kept me awake most of the first night.
I enjoy my stay with the exception of the one night. Elevator was stuck on my floor the first night, hotel staff attempted to fix. They moved me to another room the next morning. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to accommodate my wishes. Food and service was excellent.

Location and having a nice bar and flat screens to view a game.
Have had not updated all rooms.
Great location near wonderful restaurants downtown. Has an excellent bar downstairs and one on a higher floor with patio overlooking downtown. Not all rooms are updated, yet. The updated ones are nice. Has a good breakfast floor and a Starbucks but, both mornings we were there the workers didn't show up.

Can't think of anything.
People running through hotel lobby with beer bottle in hand, directions wrong, completely under whelmed.
Don't stay here! Directions are wrong from Interstate, and then directions from front desk at hotel were wrong. When we arrived, streets were closed down and some event was going on just outside hotel called Bar-Jamb. Locals everywhere in and out of hotel, drinking to excess, while loud stage band played until mid-night (shook the room). Restaurant was equivalent to Denny's, except Denny's has better service and half the price. read more

The front staff was great it help to easy the stay.
The pool was green and the room's baths have no vents.
I would only give this Hilton a 2.5 star rating because it does not holdup to the Hilton name.

Great customer service with every employee we came into contact with.
Their pool was under construction and their hot tub was not usable.
Had several beautiful common areas and would have gotten a higher over all score if the pool had not been an issue. Restraint breakfast was outstanding. Poor quality Starbucks coffee in lobby, but they were quick to replace it. Overall great stay.
