Excellent location great beach! No heated pool which is a shame. Did not eat here so cant review restaurants but many good restaurants within 10 minute drive.Guy at golf desk was very good and concierge was never around.

It was described well there were no surprises.
The rooms were a little small.

The hotel was clean and well maintained I am glad that priceline got it for the the price.

The beds were very comfortable.
DO NOT DO THE TIMESHARE PROGRAM. Do not do the timeshare program.

The Balcony was nice. The hotel itself seemed out of the way. You have to pay for parking and wait on the elevators. The splash park and pool were very busy so you need to get there easy to get a chair. The staff seemed nice. The coffee was good in the room. The hotel is pet friendly! The room could be updated for as much as you pay.
