Had to ask for soap twice.

In my opinion the best hotels in Mystic are Hilton and Hyatt Place. Excellent and I mean excellent clam chowder.

This hotel was clean, nice, and comfortable. The front desk could have been friendlier.

Quiet sun room near lounge to read or relax in.
Our room did not have a micro/fridge.

In a great location. Two exits away from Fox woods casino. Walking distance to eating spots and shops.

The beds and linens were so comfortable. I could've stayed there forever.
They didn't have a free breakfast.

I loved this hotel, although I never would've stayed here if I had to pay full price. The beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly. There was no free breakfast(which I've gotten used to). Other than that I don't have any complaints at all.

Very good breakfast and good value for money, and even nice toiletries.
Dirty carpet in bedroom, no fridge in bedroom, and not enough toiletries.

Hotel is a $10.00 cab ride from downtown Mystic, bar food is poor, service is very good. Rooms are in need of refurbishment, especially carpets. Pets are accepted and it shows. Beside aquarium and Mystic village, very popular with families, not very suitable for a romantic weekend.
