The Hilton by far exceeded our expectations. They offered complimentary internet access, complimentary valet and when we asked them to pull the car around for us that we were going to the beach, they loaded up the back of the car with two lounge chairs, towels and cooler full of ice and water. They explained that it was their complimentary beach service. The rooms were spacious and very clean and nicely decorated. The lobby had a boutique hotel feel to it. And the staff was warm, helpful and very attentive in every way. I have to mention the Concierge, Hope, set us up with reservations everywhere and made sure we got the best seats in the house. She worked with us over a couple of days recommending the best places and she was spot on! We had a wonderful stay. In fact we are going back in a couple of months for a week with our child and brining another couple with us. read more

Beach convenience location.
No bathroom venting.
Very good deal for the location. Close to downtown and the beach without having to pay the price for a beach front hotel. (I wouldn't be spending my time in the room looking at the water anyway).

The staff -front desk and concierge - was extremely helpful.
Pool menus displayed around pool but without any instructions as to how to get service.
It is a nice property, and the service is good. There are a few things that would improve it, though. Making it easier for guests to order food and beverages by the pool would be a nice touch. Also, providing room service later in the evening would be good, as would adding some services on the premises like massage, for example.

Customer service was excellent.
All the noise, children were running up and down hallways.
The staff was friendly and nice, the restaurant was over priced and the food wasn't that good, I didn't like the noise, children running and crying up and down the hallways, when notifying the front desk, nothing was done, so we had to listen to it till 2am.

Was clean, beautiful, friendly, up-to-date, plenty of parking, great location to local attractions (shopping, restaurants, beach, etc) quiet. nothing missing!
