Parking is a bit expensive.

They charge for internet. This is absurd.

Extremely clean but there is not a welcoming feeling to this hotel. They sell their small rooms which feel like upscale dorm rooms. Prices are good but by the time you pay for Internet and a $20 breakfast, you could have stayed at a larger room in a nicer establishment. Service has gone down since the last time I stayed there 4 years ago.

Accommodations for the price were great!
Elevators not working and had to carry bags five flights of stairs!

Overall the room and hotel exceeded my expectations.

Internet and parking charge.

Hotel is excellent, a bit over priced compared to others in USA. Location is great, did not like parking charge. Hampton inn down the street give free internet and free parking with larger LCD TV!

The location to downtown area was great.
Hotel lobby was being remodeled at the time.

I have stayed here twice and would recommend it to anyone. Great staff and facilities.

Great location!
No free internet and staff could be friendlier.

The location was fabulous, right down town near all of the attractions. The pool and spa area was nice, the spa was a bit hot. Most hotel staff were wonderful with a few exceptions, the concierge helped us with entertainment arrangements. The hotel has two restaurants, one a sports bar the other a steak house. Overall, a great hotel that I would stay at again.
