It was nice to have a suite instead of just a regular hotel room.
Because of poor shower curtain design/placement, water got all over the floor.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Since we were traveling with two children, it was nice to have two rooms with two TV's. My children were not happy that there was no Nicky TV. It seems that the nicer the hotel, the fewer Chanel's they offer.

Beautifully decorated room, beautiful public spaces, and great location.
Nothing.

Beautiful hotel, located next to the Country Music Hall of Fame, in downtown Nashville. Incredible facility that included a pool and work out facility (complete with treadmills individually equipped with televisions). Our room had been recently renovated and was plush and comfortably equipped with two televisions, a sofa bed, microwave and 'fridge. Public areas were stunning.

Great location and beds were extremely comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The convenience of having valet parking is beyond words. The staff was always friendly and the beds were out of this world comfortable.

Noisy maid service.

Location is excellent for Downtown Nashville. Park your vehicle until leaving town and walk everywhere. Staff is very professional. Not my first visit here, nor my last.
