Beautiful lobby, great restaurant, very comfortable bed, and was close to everything!
The hottub was barely warm let alone hot and smelled a little weird. also ran out of hot water in the shower quick.

Overall it was a great experience. Our room was great and quiet. We were right by the trolleys and it was close enough to walk to the French quarter so we didn't have to drive. Beautiful old hotel with a lot of atmosphere.

The service at the front desk was great!
There were plumbing problems.

The hotel is in a great location and the service was outstanding. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here. My only complaint is that the hot water in the shower didn't work and I had to call 3 times and go downstairs twice and it still didn't get fixed correctly. The pool and jacuzzi areas are underground and not impressive.

For a four star hotel, I was expecting the room to be a little more spacious.

The size of the room.

I will stay at this hotel again. I truly wish I could book this hotel for the price I got on Priceline for our visit in two weeks.

Beautifully restored historic hotel in great location.

Great deal! This was such a gorgeous hotel with great service. Only complaint was the price of parking ($29 per night) but we later noticed a parking garage directly across the street for half the price.

Friendly staff and great location.
No free computer access.

Great staff but there were ice machines not on every floor. 50 cent per minute internet fee, only one siting chair per room but the service of the employees was the best.

Nice location.
Room flooded next door and into my room.

The hotel is not in the star level it is rated in. Also the room next door flooded into my room, staff was not able to obtain another room for me, ruined my stay. Also charged for parking on my credit card although I flew into town.
