Location, room quality, helpful staff.
Parking was a mess.

Great room, great location, excellent price, friendly and helpful staff....they need to sort out the parking situation, it was time consuming, expensive (NY prices, they all are), and poorly run. Otherwise a very good experience.

Great location, easy to access---although large, we had lots of privacy.
Lobby felt like a station---tons of people moving in many directions.

Easily accessible and convenient to all attractions. We only interacted with hotel staff 2x so I can't say how attentive they were.. however, when I called down for toothpaste they were at my door in under 5 minutes. The bed was great! I am picky about mattresses and this one was as comfortable as our own...nice surprise.
