Elevators were not working so great took long time to go up and down.

This hotel was close to the falls walking distance to everywhere very close for eating establishments loved it very clean.

Unorganized with emergency.

We stayed overnight & got awaken with fire alarm. Hotel staff didn't even bother to announce that we can go back to our rooms & everything is false alarms.

Cleanliness and the convenient to all the activities.

The Hot is located in the heart of the Niagara and has a view to the water fall and the city. It is very classy and reasonable and the valet service was fast and very professional.All the staff were friendly and professional.It had a covered walk way to the casino and over all, it would live an unforgettable memory of quality and pleasant staying.We will be back again for sure.

The kids loved the swimming pool and slide was great. I liked the free shuttle.
The amount of chlorine in the pool really affected all of us.

The hotel was lovely. Perfect for what we were looking for.

The Concierge was useless. The business office was very expensive and $20 for wireless in the room and only had two compurters in the business office.

The pool was awesome for all: fourth floor water slide, huge waterfall, sauna, hot tub, steam room, towel service, life guard and all the trimmings, take your kids to this place and they won't want to leave. The martini bar was top shelf, literally perfection on all levels with breathtaking views of the falls, truly opulent. If you want a first class meal in a stunning setting enjoy the restaurant. The sky walk to the casino/mall was a wonderful surprise and offered a perfect access to the falls. Million dollar time for a lot less. read more

Valet parking only not good!

Like the hotel and the location but the fact that there was only valet parking was upsetting! I know that it is Niagara falls and you spend a lot there so it would be nice not to have to spend more money to leave your car at the hotel that you're already spending a lot for. Also as with valet you get your car when they can get it not right when you want it. Patience is not a virtue I am famous for. Otherwise everything was great. Great bar, very
comfy beds I slept a long time which is unusual for me outside my own bed. Beautiful view! The casino is connected by a walkway tunnel awesome! read more

The welcome guys and the valet were excellent, check in no problem and luggage guys gave information.
Pool although good idea with the slide could use a face lift maybe more decorations or plants.

I was very pleased overall experience with hotel, everyone was very helpful and very nice decor, also very clean!
