Was moved to another room because of an event.

The hotel was very satisfactory to us till we had to move to another floor because of an event that was plan. We was not given any notice.

Staff was friendly, attentive and helpful.
Nothing set out in the morning (coffee, hot water, juice, etc).

Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable with wonderful beds. Extra pillows were automatically in the room. Pool stocked plenty of towels with the added benefit of indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel restaurant was fantastic for dinner and buffet breakfast.

I couldn't get internet access in my room - had to go to the lobby.

Excellent hotel. Love it for what my needs are. Good location, clean, friendly. Can't say anything bad about it.

Old and dingy. Rooms need updating. Bathrooms dark.

A lot more was expected for the name of this hotel. I felt the hotel was rundown and in definite need of repairs. Indoor pool was very hot and steamy. We enjoyed our stay for the price but for the name that this hotel holds we expected a lot more.....
