Rooms were beautiful, and the lobby staff was excellent.
The cleaning staff wouldn't take occupied for an answer, and then when we left they didn't even bother to clean the room.

No free breakfast.

Great hotel, comfy beds, very clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was not free though and it was about 10 bucks a person for either room service breakfast or buffet. They did have free horse and carriage rides on Friday and Saturday though, and that was nice for our 2 year old.
