Location, size of room, and the cleanliness of the facility.
Charges for internet access and the fees for parking are a little high and parking seems limited.

Though it is nice, I do not feel it rates as a resort, more like a 3 plus star hotel. It was not quiet luxurious enough to be considered a resort.

The beach and pool area were nice.
The room we had was not what we expected and it needed to be updated.

Front entrance to the hotel was very nice. The room needed to be updated. The grout in the bathroom was disgusting. The floors were sticky in the bathroom. The halls to the room looked as if they had spots of mold. It was not a place that we will return to. Not what I would expect from a Hilton and especially a resort. Couldn't believe that they would charge for internet access in this day and age when you can go to a Starbucks and get it for free. read more
