Gracious hospitality of staff at front desk.
Poor service in restaurant. Alarm sent us out of the room at 5:30 am. The staff did a poor job of communication with us, amateurs.

Physical facility is attractive. Nicer than average exercise room. Poor service from staff in restaurant and management during fire alarm. Would not return for that reason. Very happy we did not pay full price. Lobby staff was great and helpful.

Parking ramp should have been connected to the hotel.

A 4* hotel only rated as a 3*. Usually, its the other way around!
Fee for Internet and parking. Everything
else was great!

A 4* hotel that is for some reason only rated 3*. Really beautiful hotel and great for a romantic get-away. Free shuttle bus will get you up to Old Market, otherwise, it's a 10 to 12 minute walk.

Staff was friendly.
Didn't like that you had to pay an extra 9 dollars for parking.

For a 3 or 3 1/2 star hotel we were not impressed at all.
We were not very pleased.

The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay fantastic.

The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. The room was fantastic. They were super nice and recommended places for us to go to enjoy the Omaha nightlife and then drove us there as well.
