Coffee maker didn't work. Phone broken. No hot water in the afternoon.

Nice place but be prepared to pay for parking. Had to call twice to have coffee maker replaced. Phone was not working and they never came to replace it. Ran out of hot water during a afternoon shower.

It was easy to find, and the room was clean and had room to move around.
The valet attendant was very rude, which is the first person you speak with, bad impression.

We enjoyed our short stay. But overall were very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and easy to find. We would definitely stay again, if Priceline gave us this hotel.

Parking charge!

1st, the bad. There is no way - why this hotel should charge $11.75, per night, for parking your car. There is not a parking problem, in this area. That said, avoid tower rooms, go for the rooms, near the pool. They are more quiet, dark, and you can actually get a good night rest. If you stay in the tower, the walls are very thin. Other hotel, guest, and their T.V. will keep you up. I've stay here enough times, to know this. read more

TV did not work some of the time and the ac rattles in the room.

The Hilton is great for upscale business travelers but not family oriented.

Very clean. The room and beds were very comfortable. Good value.
Our room was not well-maintained. The shower drain was slow, one faucet was loose.

The entire hotel is very clean and accommodations are comfortable. Service was mixed: the slow shower drain was fixed immediately but when we asked for an extra bath towel no one ever showed up. Overall everything was nice and we would stay there again.

Very good layout of hotel.
Parking was bad. Room was next to pool & noisy

Nice hotel, nice staff and large entrance. The parking wasn't the best and make sure to ask for a room away from the pool area and not facing the freeway. I had to hear people by the pool until 1am and the freeway noise all night.

The patio door leading to the outside did not have a latch lock. I had to use a drop down security bar.
