Location.
Coffee maker didn't work. Phone broken. No hot water in the afternoon.

Nice place but be prepared to pay for parking. Had to call twice to have coffee maker replaced. Phone was not working and they never came to replace it. Ran out of hot water during a afternoon shower.

Rooms were quiet, and dark.
Parking charge!

1st, the bad. There is no way - why this hotel should charge $11.75, per night, for parking your car. There is not a parking problem, in this area. That said, avoid tower rooms, go for the rooms, near the pool. They are more quiet, dark, and you can actually get a good night rest. If you stay in the tower, the walls are very thin. Other hotel, guest, and their T.V. will keep you up. I've stay here enough times, to know this. read more

Very good layout of hotel.
Parking was bad. Room was next to pool & noisy

Nice hotel, nice staff and large entrance. The parking wasn't the best and make sure to ask for a room away from the pool area and not facing the freeway. I had to hear people by the pool until 1am and the freeway noise all night.

The patio door leading to the outside did not have a latch lock. I had to use a drop down security bar.

Presentable, clean, staff was friendly
One out of four shuttle drivers were a 10. One was an 2.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. The only concern was one of four shuttle drivers. Un-friendly, drove very fast, rude, also did not open door for passengers.

Large open space in hotel room and very nice bathroom.
Air condition took too long to kick in once checking in to the room and the pool did not have enough umbrellas for guests to stay under the shade.

It's good and convenient for staying in Ontario. The food service is exceptional. The hotel lobby is quite large and empty. More comfortable seating or a closer walk to the pool without going through the entire hotel lobby would be recommended.
