Charged $11.50 to park my car on their grounds even though I did not use the valet service!

Very close to airport and easy access.
They were remodeling entire lobby area. Just messy looking.

It was a very nice hotel. We would stay there again anytime. The beds were great. Very comfortable.

I had to wait quite a while to be helped. Need more evening staff.

Nice desk chair and bathroom amenities. Great shower.
Bed edge flopped, no room in bathroom, no swivel TV.

The bed had to be literally unwrapped to use it then the bed side edges flopped and did not make me feel secure as a side sleeper. The bathroom was clean but nowhere to stand in front of sink or tub because of the toilet. Not like the Hiltons I have known for years.

Soft beds.
Iron was missing from holder.

We race at California Speedway and just need a clean and comfortable room to stay in. Basically the Hilton is always a nice place to stay. This last time was the least attractive time we have spent there.
