English speaking staff, eager to please, and great location.
Housekeeping made up the room at 3 pm, at the same time we were coming back from sightseeing.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Beautiful decor. The money I spent to stay there was well worth it.

The staff was very friendly and eager to assist us.
Extra charges to use the pool.

Overall, this hotel is very attractive and comfortable. It is located across the street from the Osaka JR station and. The staff was all very friendly and spoke very good English. The beds were a bit hard and the bedding was not top quality. Additional services such as internet availability were very expensive. There was also a charge of 2100 yen (about $21 USD) per person to use the pool, which I was extremely upset about as my children (ages 5 and 3) were very excited to go swimming. I was very dissatisfied with this situation.

Very convenient location. Large and
clean room.

Hilton Osaka is very close to Osaka station providing train and subway access and it is in a pretty happening part of town for both business and pleasure.
