All rooms have balcony, very nice!
Excellent riverwalk hotel in a great location directly on the river. Very nice rooms, helpful staff. A great place to stay.

The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the location on the river was extremely convenient.
Valet parking rates were very high, but we found parking nearby in a parking garage.
This hotel surpassed my expectations in so many ways -- it was clean, the room decor was pleasing, and the beds were comfortable. Our room overlooking the river was so cozy and romantic, perfect for a quiet getaway with your loved one. My daughter and son-in-law arranged for sparkling wine and strawberries to be delivered to our room as an anniversary surprise which was a bonus! read more

Staff was great. Room was very clean and comfortable. Setting was lovely. Close to everything.
Loud music from Amphitheater below us till midnight.
Lovely hotel and setting. Only problem we had, was very loud music from Amphitheater below us. Very loud music till midnight. Will remember to ask for room at other end of hotel next time. We are so pleased with Priceline. We will use them again. This was our second stay with this hotel. Great deal with Priceline.

Quiet sleeping.
The carpet was soiled, didn't want to walk barefooted.
It was very nice. Enjoyed the stay. The cost of parking was a little exorbitant. $35 for someone to park your car for the day.

The location on the Riverwalk in San Antonio.
Their charging $22 per day for parking, without disclosing.
This hotel is nice, but very old. It should no longer be classified as 4 star. The location on the Riverwalk is nice, but that's all it has going for it. I'd rather pay less, stay at La Quinta, and have free parking - instead of $22 per day.

Location and comfort of room, balcony was added bonus, great view.
Hot tub was small, would have been nicer if pool was heated.

Great location on Riverwalk, comfy bed.
Staff was rude at check in.
The hotel is nice and in a great location. The valet and front desk staff were both rude, mainly because we were not going to pay the outrageous fee for parking and getting a good nightly rate. The hotel itself was nice enough, but could use a face-lift. The location is super though.

Fun location on River Walk, Durty Nellie's piano sing a long bar!
The decor and building are getting a little dated.
Fun location, slightly dated decor, very comfortable bed though. Spendy parking, onsite food not great. Nice staff.
