Convenient location, great bed!
AC didn't cool quite as well as I would prefer.

Very nice experience, we love San Antonio and this hotel made the trip even better. Close to everything, very nice room.

Clean room, helpful bell staff. Good location. All rooms have private balconies.
Would have liked a King or Queen sized bed but they were unavailable. Would have liked complimentary Internet in the room. No big deal however.

Bell staff explained the parking options very clearly. Room was quiet and cool even though it was hot and muggy in San Antonio. Loved the private balconies.

Nice room, comfortable bed, very nice location.
Self parking was one block away, valet was avaiable however.

Well worth the money it cost on Priceline.

Close to Alamo and right on Riverwalk--awesome!
Swimming pool small, overcrowded, not in sun till 4pm, and decking slippery

Look forward to the update and moving of the pool! Would like to bring my family when the pool is of 4 star quality, too.
