Great mattress.
Parking not very convenient; bathroom door see-through.

Friendly and helpful staff and very well-located (too well for 2 days before the G-20 arrived). Room and facility is clean and comfortable. Parking is a bit inconvenient if valet parking is not available (which it was not when I arrived). Restaurant is mediocre but acceptable.

The shuttle service was excellent as was the bellhop.
We did not request a handicapped room.

We should have been told on check in that the room was for handicapped travelers. The bed was very comfortable, The room was very clean the first night but poor on the second night.

Excellent food, walking distance to ball park.
Did not have the ease of getting to our car.

Very enjoyable stay. Clean rooms. Excellent dining room. Friendly guests and staff. We could walk to the ball park to see the Pittsburgh Pirates play the Giants!
