The rooms were very clean and upscale. The hotel is only minutes away from restaurants, PNC park and Melon Arena.
The only two connecting rooms we could get were on the smoking floor and the hallway smelled like smoke.

The rooms were very clean and upscale. The lobby of the hotel was very nice. They have valet parking which isn't too costly. They also have vans which will drive you to where you need to go.

Beds and pillows were comfortable and there was a good view.
There were no vending machines to get a drink, and the self parking was a little far from the hotel.

People were friendly, great room service, has a shuttle, comfortable beds/pillows. Allows animals, has valet parking but if you want to do self parking it is a little far from the hotel, there were no pop vending machines.

The view of the city was beautiful.
The bar and the restaurant both closed 2 hours early without notice.

The location is prime for shopping and only a mile away from local entertainment. We were disappointed to find out that both the restaurant and the bar closed a whole two hours early. When I asked about this inconvenience in the morning, the staff said that it happened all the time but did not apologize. I've definitely stayed at more friendly Hilton's.

No hotel parking lot.
