Cushy, comfortable, clean and very friendly. Super convenient to the conference center!
The lighting in the room has a bit to be desired - need an option for brighter lighting in both the bath and the living area.

Desk service somewhat poor.

I booked well in advance and ordered 2 double beds, when we checked in they said they are all booked up and would put a roll away in the room for us. Did very little to compensate me.

Hotel did not initially have the room we reserved. Hotel charged my credit card again for room I already paid for through Priceline.
