Beautiful room, beautiful common areas, quick elevators, some great staff, good value for cost.
Some really aweful staff, room features.

Read above. Most significantly, some staff were just wonderful and some were really horid. I actually complained to the manager, which is rare for me. Biggest frustration: the pillows were heavenly in the room and I bought 3. The pillows they sent home with me were not those pillow! Burned. Overall, it was a frustrating trip, but the beautiful and room and some friendly staff made up for it, I guess. Also, the coffee maker was great and the coffee was really good. That's rare for me to say, too. read more

The bed was one of thee most comfortable I've every slept in. And very quiet was able to sleep in comfort.
None.

Compare to many other 3 star hotel this is one of the best. The comfort of the bed and the appearance are the best combination in my book.

The comfort and large space of the rooms and the pool area was great.

We enjoyed this hotel greatly, the accommodations were more than expected, even under construction. We loved the pool area and the comfort of your beds were great.
