The hotel's courtyard and swimming pool area seemed to be very well kept and provided a relaxing atmosphere for guests.
The parking area was very far from the entrance.
I
can not say a whole lot about the hotel itself because we spent much of our time away from the location and toured San Antonio. We pretty much only slept for the night and checked out.
I would stay again if
I was visiting the area.

Staff was friendly.
Did not meet expectations.
We only stayed one night. In the morning, when we pulled back the bedding, it was stained. We were disgusted and did complain to the reservationist when checking out. This was a Hyatt and totally unacceptable. The hot tub was not hot and most of the jets did not work.

This is an excellent hotel for Sea World vacationers. They should offer a reasonably priced breakfast. $10 for a continental breakfast was a bit high. Overall very satisfied.

We did not like but we loved the bed. Everything was so comfortable!!
I didn't like that housekeeping just knocked one time said housekeeping and walked in. I had just gotten out of shower and was in a towel.
