Very clean, staff very amiable and attentive.
Extra charges for everything. Internet, parking, business center, etc.

The hotel is OK. Very clean, comfortable beds. It is located right next to the I-5 freeway, so there is some traffic noise. The staff is very friendly and attentive. However, I will not stay in a San Diego hotel that charges $14 a day for parking and $10 a day for internet. So basically add $24 plus tax to whatever room rate you are quoted, if you have a car and want to use the internet. read more

The pool and two Jacuzzis were fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly.
The bar felt very cramped.

I was impressed with this Hilton! The facilities were larger and more accommodating than I would have expected - the pool area was large, well-heated and there were two hot tubs - one that was family-friendly, and another in a more private location for adults.

It had nice scenery.
They charge you $14.00 for parking, $10 a day for internet, no TV .

It was horrible! But then we had to pay either $14 a day for parking, or $32 with Valet. Then the TV was not working because they were switching from analog to digital, then we tried to use internet because the add said free Wi-Fi. They wanted $10 a day to use it or .49cents a minute! Ridiculous. We were scared to drink the bottled water or even use the soap for fear of being charged for that too! read more

No mini refrigerator.

Nice hotel but you have to pay extra for parking, and there is nowhere else to safely park your car. The ice machine on our floor was broken, there are no mini refrigerators, you have to pay extra for everything, water, internet, parking, etc.
