Cute, bright room and bathroom.
Dated lobby, very slow check-in w/staff (but polite).

Not a fan of the overall location of the hotel, my room faced ugly rooftops in a dirty Chinatown district. not close to anything really. staff was accommodating but seemed rather slow as if they were still in a training period. this was a pleasant hotel, but nothing special that stood out that would make me want to return in the future.
