It is near my friends house.
The operation of the shower.

This hotel is very close to Great America (across the parking lot). The rooms seem a little worn, but not too bad. The operation of the shower controls was strange, but I figured it out. They gave us a room right next to the elevators. It was very noisy all night long. They weren't going to let us check in until 4:00 pm, which would have made us late. I've never heard of such a late check-in. They did give us our room around 3:30 pm. All in all, it's a nice hotel. read more

The Hilton was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location, quiet, good parking, free internet.
No negatives. Really specializes in business use.

Room was large, updated, and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby and adjoining bar could be used for meeting small groups and business meetings.

Comfort and quiet.

It's a great hotel with very friendly staff, rooms
were very clean and the gym is very clean and has just enough equipment for a good work out. The food is very good and the coffee bar is great. The Priceline price has been great for this 4-star hotel.

The breakfast coupons.
Priceline clients get rooms by the ice machine.

The people are not drilled to repeat the same greeting without feeling by the management. It seems that management really takes care of their people and they are happy to be employed and helping you. They bring an international feeling and they know you're not at home. Several of the employees have really made us feel welcome.

Carpets were really dirty.

This hotel is a very comfortable place in a convenient location for business travelers. Staff is friendly, and restaurant/bar are good. The carpets definitely need replacing.

Would have liked a microwave & small fridge in room given the size of the space being ample for such.
