Location to plaza.
Charge for parking.
Good location for visiting the downtown plaza area on foot. Downsides; added charge for parking at check-in and no internet service in rooms without upcharge.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Good corporate culture.
Restaurant open for dinner was a bar.
Well located within easy walking distance of plaza. Extra friendly & helpful staff. Exactly what a traveler would expect of a well run Hilton.

There bed was the only thing good about the hotel.
The pool and the hot tub was outside it was very cold in Santa.
The outside was very nice as was the lobby the room was OK there was no little refrigerator the channels that they said we where to get not all of them came in and when they did they would lose the signal and you would have to change the channel and then change it back to what you where watching the pool and the hot tub where both outside so you could not use them because it was very cold outside they did have a nice fireplace but that to was outside. The only, my husband and I liked was the bed. The room service is also very expensive. I would not rate this hotel with 3 star's. read more

We liked the convenience of the location because you can walk to the Plaza and the Rail yard as well as many restaurants.
We had trouble with the phone and they charge 0.75 for each local call. Also charge $15/night for parking.
The hotel is fine, not fancy and the people were helpful and friendly.

Great location, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable.
No wireless internet in rooms (Ethernet only, which did not work).
The hotel is very nicely decorated in keeping with the local SantaFe theme. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk to the main square. Helpful, friendly staff - seamless check in and out.

Within walking distance to sights.
Internet was only free in the lobby.
I thought the staff was very friendly. They even walked us outside to point to a shortcut to the museum that we were headed to. Great location, but parking for $15 is a bummer.

Close to downtown.
Stain on comforter, room smelled, and was not very clean.
This hotel looks good from the outside and is within walking distance to downtown. The rooms are not well taken care of, the carpet is badly in need of replacement (very dirty), the room smelled, the comforter had a stain on it and the overall experience was not good.
