Very friendly/helpful staff. Good corporate culture.
Restaurant open for dinner was a bar.

Well located within easy walking distance of plaza. Extra friendly & helpful staff. Exactly what a traveler would expect of a well run Hilton.

The location was ideal.
Because of location, there was a premium for parking. Hotel offered parking to non-guests.

Very clean, friendly, close to downtown, historical.
No wireless service, the pool was not open, slow with maintenance.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton for the most part. It is very clean and the staff is super friendly. However, they seem slow with maintenance. The things that needed to be fixed were still under construction by the time I left after three days. And you have to pay for wireless which seems ridiculous at a high-end hotel.

Convenient location and friendly staff; late checkout no problem.
Complimentary coffee and light breakfast would have been nice.

Nice, clean comfortable room just at the edge of the plaza district, very convenient. We did not need to drive once we arrived.

Location.
Charged for parking and internet.

Hotel was not value due to add on expenses for parking and Internet. It is quality hotel but lacks Santa Fe charm that one wants if looking for total Santa Fe experience. Fine for business traveler.
