Location was good. A block from the Plaza. Streets of Santa Fe were confusing at night. Lucked into finding the hotel. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Did allow pets in hotel.

Wonderful location, very nice and clean. The staff was caring and very helpful.
The pool was closed during our stay. That was a major reason we booked this hotel. Disappointed.

The hotel was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed, with young children we were really looking forward to playing in the pool.
